Do you offer dedicated IP’s for the shared hosting plans?
A dedicated IP is included in all Magento plans and is $5/month (or $50/year) on all other shared hosting plans. You can purchase a dedicated IP either during checkout or add it to your account at any time from the billing panel.

How quickly are orders processed?
The shared hosting plans (cPanel Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Magento Hosting) are all processed within 2-4 hours of the payment clearing. Once processed, a welcome email is sent out with all of the hosting details. Dedicated servers are typically configured and launched within 1 business day of the payment clearing, with custom-build orders taking longer.
Do you limit cpu usage on a shared hosting account?
Since CPU usage is very fluid (can be high one munite but back to normal right after), we don’t use it as a limiting factor on the shared hosting accounts. However, any accountant using more than 10% of combined server resources will be contacted to discuss possible upgrade options.
What are inodes? Do you limit them?
An inode is a data structure used to keep information about a file on your hosting account. Hard drives partitions are made up of two pieces: the actual data blocks (ie: 100GB) and innodes (that store the information about the data). There is so many available innodes on a hard drive partition that it isn’t something that is typically talked about in terms of hard drive or computer capacity. Unlike some other web hosts we don’t use tricks like inodes to limit your account.
Do you outsource your support?
All support is done in-house from our Englewood Cliffs, NJ headquarters by our T35 Hosting staff.
During what hours is support offered?
The helpdesk is staffed 24/7, while phone and live chat support is offered during our office hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am – 6:30pm EST.
What operating system are the shared hosting plans on?
We use Linux (CENTOS) on all of our shared hosting plans, including Shared cPanel Hosting, WordPress Hosting and Magento Hosting.
Where is your data center located? Where is your office and support based out of?
Our office and corporate headquarters are in Englewood Cliffs, NJ while your data-center is in a tier-1 facility in Secaucus, NJ. The data center is a quick 15 minutes away from our office for easy access.
How do I cancel an account or service?
Log into your billing panel. Click on “Services”, then “My Services” and you will see your order information. Proceed by selecting “View Details” on your right. Once your product/service information comes up, select the “Management Actions” tab and scroll down to “Request Cancellation.”
How do I login to cPanel? How do I login to Webmail?
The cPanel login url was included in the welcome email when you created your account. You can view all emails sent to you from the billing panel. Generally speaking, you can access cpanel via http://www.
How is my space & bandwidth measured? Where can I see it?
All customers are given a cPanel control panel access where you are in full control. You can see how much bandwidth you use, how many databases you have, password protect folders, set up scripts, upgrade accounts, view stats, create databases, etc..
What is the MySQL server host name?
The hostname will be localhost. This allows the server to be much more secure because outside scripts can not access your MySQL databases. When a script requires your hostname just enter “localhost”, without the quotes.
Do you have an affiliate program? Can I make money referring people to T35 Hosting?
Yes, we have a affiliate program with a recurring life-time 20% payout. You get paid 20% every month as long as the customer you refereed stays with T35 Hosting. You get paid if the member stays with us over 1 month and you can cash out after you earn $20 or more.

How can I migrate my cPanel hosting account to your service?
We offer free migration assistance on the cPanel hosting plan. Simple provide us the cPanel backup file after you sign up for an account with us and we will restore it on our servers. To generate a cPanel backup you would login to your current cPanel, go to the backup section and click to generate a full cPanel backup.
WordPress Managed Hosting
Do you offer WordPress migration?
Yes, we can migrate your WordPress site to our hosting free of charge. Simply sign up for a plan with us, and contact us via the helpdesk to request a site migration. We can typically do a migration with just the admin login to your current WordPress site.

Although WordPress doesn’t come automatically installed – you can either install it with one-click from the cPanel login or contact us and we’ll install it and configure it for you free of charge.

Do you offer Magento migration?
Yes, we can migrate your Magento site to our hosting free of charge. Simply sign up for a plan with us, and contact us via the helpdesk to request a site migration. We would typically need the magento login, control panel login, ftp login and mysql access to do a Magento migration.
Is Magento included on the Magento hosting plan?
Although Magento doesn’t come automatically installed – you can either install it with one-click from the cPanel login or contact us and we’ll install it and configure it for you free of charge.

We offer all flavors of both Linux and Windows, including but not limited to: CentOS, FreeBSD, Debian, Ubuntu, Windows 2008 and Windows 2012.
What are the email connection limits on the dedicated servers?
Our upstream bandwidth providers limit email sending to 2000 connections per minute. While some of our clients use our servers for email marketing, please keep in mind that we do not allow or tolerate spamming of any kind from our servers or network.
Can you build me a custom server?
Yes, we can build a server to any specification. We get volume discounts from Dell and can custom build almost any type of server at an affordable price. Just get in touch with us and let us know your specs to get a full quote.
Are the dedicated servers managed or un-managed?
By default, all dedicated servers come un-managed. However, you can select server management during the ordering/checkout process, or add it at any time as an add-on from the billing panel.
Do I get root access to my dedicated server?
Yes, all dedicated servers offer full root access. It’s 100% your server and you get full access and control of the server.
